OUR STORY

We don't teach theory. We share what we actually had to live, confront and change.

The Radical Reality Project wasn't born from a business plan. It came from our own lives.

For years, we were high-achieving, capable people who looked successful from the outside while quietly carrying relationships, environments and expectations that were taking far more from us than we realised.

We over-functioned. We kept the peace. We explained away behaviour that didn't sit right. We worried about other people's reactions. And, like so many people, we had become very good at using everyday comfort habits to switch off from the noise.

Then we started changing things.

One of the biggest changes was removing alcohol from our lives. As the months passed, our experience was that the fog began to lift.

And with that clarity came some uncomfortable realisations.

We began seeing long-standing relationship patterns differently. We questioned environments we had previously tolerated. We recognised how much energy we were spending managing other people's expectations and behaviour. And we realised that understanding why somebody behaved a certain way mattered far less than deciding what we were prepared to participate in.

So we changed our boundaries.

We reduced the noise. We became more intentional about our nutrition, movement, sleep and daily routines. We stopped trying to keep everybody comfortable. And we started building our life around the things we could actually control.

That changed everything for us.

The Radical Reality Project grew from that experience.

We aren't here to diagnose other people, tell you who the villain is or pretend we have all the answers.

We're here for people who are ready to look clearly at their own lives, question the patterns that aren't working, strengthen their daily foundations, establish better boundaries and take greater responsibility for what happens next.

Because sometimes the most radical thing you can do is stop trying to change everyone else, and change what you participate in.
